Snakes On A Plane Special Edition DVD To Feature 1 Hr 45 Min Blooper Reel

New Line says the 105-minute series of bloopers and outtakes contains unusable scenes of several snakes, released by an assassin in an attempt to kill a murder witness onboard, grappling bodily with airline passengers, many of whom deliver overly obvious dialogue that nonetheless fails to achieve ironic effect.
"This blooper reel really breaks new ground, as far as outtakes go," Samuel L. Jackson, who is featured in many of the unwatchable scenes, said of New Line's decision.
"I'm glad New Line decided these stupid-ass scenes were fit for public viewing, as they contain many motherfucking shots of me, Samuel L. Jackson."
Several of the deleted scenes on the blooper reel were deemed far too simplistic and kitschy for the original cut of the film, which runs for approximately zero minutes and was never released to audiences.
"We had a vision for that original film: people who knew better sitting on their couches and not going to the movies to see Snakes On A Plane," David Ellis, director of the film, said in a telephone interview.
"Luckily, we were able to carry that vision out, or I might never get work in this town again."
Audiences were eager to snatch up early copies of the regular edition Snakes On A Plane DVD, a blank disc running for .99 cents that Best Buy still found a way not to allow returns on, but sales have slowed in the wake of New Line's ground-breaking announcement.
"It's clear to us that the public has a fascination with aimless, ill-conceived projects," Ellis said of the blooper reel furor. "On that note, these 105 minutes deliver."
There's also been buzz that Jackson's most recent film, Black Snake Moan, will have its 115 min blooper reel released on special edition.
